The Shih organization has been created to provided income opportunities to disadvantaged communities by donating a percentage of our turnover to Charity.
The S.O.S Charity operates as a non-for profit organisation, raising capital funds through, fund raising appeals, project sponsorship, and community awareness to establish working funds to injected into the Development programs. S.O.S Charity builds relationships with a wide range of foundations, trusts, and companies that share our vision. This vital support enables us to work in partnership with some of the poorest communities in the world to achieve major and sustainable improvements in their lives. School of Shih Charity believes in a world where no-one shall live in poverty, fear or oppression, anymore. Where we all have the right to a decent standard of living and the opportunities and choice to a long, healthy and creative life: a world where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
The School of Shih focuses on a beautiful peaceful environment producing positive result within the community. Our mission is to joyfully awaken the Heart, Wisdom and Compassion in the next generation through responsible teachings and positive role models. The main activities are Shihdo (Peaceful Martial Arts), Yoga, Tai Chi, Creative Kids programs, and School Holiday Programs.
The Gypshih store has a range of selected giftware items direct from importers from countries such as Africa, Tibet, India, remote China, and Asia, thus supporting our passionate desire to support distant & local economies. We stock fantastic giftware range such as, Salt lamps, books, Tibetan clothing, jewellary and much much more. Also therapy treatment rooms providing beauty, and alternative modalities, all centered on a beautiful peaceful environment, with vibrant fun-loving compassionate staff.
